1. Cab ventilation
In spring and winter, the temperature is low, and car friends rarely open the windows for ventilation. The seat cover and some dead corners in the truck will breed bacteria, which will make the air quality in the car worse. When the climate gets warmer, it is necessary to open the windows for ventilation. Card friends who change their cars at the beginning of the year should pay more attention to this. You can also place some deodorant charcoal in the car to sterilize and clean the interior.
2. Pay attention to the amount of oil remaining
Check whether the chassis is scratched, if necessary, repair it in time, and do a good job of sealing and rust prevention. Since they are not professionals, card lovers should also regularly go to the repair shop for in-depth maintenance of the chassis.
3. Chassis maintenance
In addition to the tires, the chassis is the part of the truck that is close to the ground. The chassis is also equipped with fuel pipes, exhaust pipes, gearboxes and engine blocks. These important parts need to be checked.
4. Check the battery circuit
The maintenance of the battery is very important. The truck has not been used for a long time. Before the official start of construction, it is necessary to check whether the working performance of the battery is good.
When the season changes, the electrode wiring of the battery is also prone to problems. If green oxides are found at the electrode wiring, they should be washed off with boiling water. If these green oxides are not removed, the generator will not generate enough power and the battery will be damaged. In a state of power loss, if serious, the battery will be scrapped in advance.
5. Replace the air filter
In spring, the catkins and dust will increase, and the pressure of the air filter will naturally increase. If the air filter is not replaced in time, the surface of the filter element will be covered with dust, resulting in insufficient power when the engine is working, resulting in excessive exhaust gas and weak acceleration. Timely replacement of high-quality air filters is an important part of spring vehicle maintenance.
6. Replace the fuel filter
The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, at the bottom of the vehicle near the fuel tank or in the fuel tank, to filter impurities and moisture in the fuel.
The long-term use of the fuel filter or the use of fuel with more impurities will cause the fuel filter element to be blocked, resulting in insufficient fuel supply, resulting in difficulty in starting the engine, idling jitter or weak acceleration. The fuel filter should also be replaced regularly to prevent the filter element from clogging.
The engine is the heart of a truck, and lubricating oil is the most important part of maintenance. For daily maintenance and inspection, first look at the stock of each oil tank in the engine compartment, and replenish the oil in time. In addition, check whether the oil that is easily mixed with moisture has deteriorated. If the oil is found to be abnormal, replace it immediately.
